Mechanical Engineering Cluster of the Republic of Tatarstan
Mechanical Engineering Cluster of the Republic of Tatarstan incorporates more than 100 industrial enterprises, higher education institutions, secondary specialized education institutions, property and financial infrastructure. Exchange of contracts between branch clusters, branch associations, supporting structures and Governments of constituent entities of the Russian Federation to ensure fulfillment of customers’ requirements and build cooperation between business entities. Promotion of the production of the Cluster members to State corporations, large Russian and foreign enterprises, constituent entities of the Russian Federation, in terms of the Decree # 1352 of December 11, 2014. “On peculiarities of small and medium businesses’ participation in purchasing of goods, works and services of legal entities”, the purpose of which is to increase the total purchase share from small and medium businesses in total annual volume of customers’ purchase at least for 18 % by July 1, 2015.
