St.Petersburg International Economic Forum 2016 – a platform for discussion and decision making

 

SPIEF is a platform for the discussion of the key economic issues facing Russia, emerging markets, and the world as a whole. The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) has been held annually since 1997. Since 2006, it has been held under the auspices of the President of the Russian Federation.
Over the last decade, SPIEF has become a leading international platform for business leaders to engage in debate. More than 10,000 participants from Russia and overseas attend the Forum, including heads of states and governments, heads of major companies, and leading experts, civic representatives, and journalists from more than 120 countries.
The twentieth anniversary St. Petersburg International Economic Forum will take place from June 16–18, 2016 at a new venue, the ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Centre.
