RUSALOX is a high-technology developer and producer of circuit plates and substrates with high thermal conductivity. The base of the production is a range of innovational process solutions developed by the specialists of the company for the industry of electronics and electrotechnics.

RUSALOX is a Russian company holding patented Israeli technology which allows producing inexpensive substrates and multilayer plates based on aluminum and dielectric material with nanoporous structure which provide high cooling efficiency of any heat-generating electronic elements.

The technology is a broad process platform and is used in different electronics products, such as microwave electronics, SiP systems (System in Package), SOC systems (System on Chip), 3D memory stacks, MEMS and NEMS micromechanical devices, high-capacity modules, Peltier elements, etc. The technology is especially effective for High Power LED solutions.

The RUSALOX company was established with the participation of the state corporation RUSNANO, the venture capital fund “Tamir Fishman CIG”, with the participation of the RVK capital headed by the MC “Innovation Solutions.

“Pashiyskiy metallurgical cement plant” OJSC

The “Pashiyskiy metallurgical cement plant” OJSC was founded in 1785. Production of cast-iron grinding bodies was put into operation in 1942. Nowadays the plant is the biggest manufacturer of the cast-iron grinding bodies (cylpebs) in Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS): our plant produces and ships 30 000 tons of cylpebs annually.

At the present moment “Pashiyskiy metallurgical cement plant” OJSC produces grinding bodies – cylpebs 32 mm, 25 mm, 18 mm, 16 mm and 12 mm in diameter, from 47 till 57 HRC hard. Our cylpebs find industrial application at the last stages of ore degradation particularly in grinding mills like VERTIMILL (Metso).

Our cylpebs are used at such mining and processing works as Norilskiy Nikel, Kola Mining and Metallurgical Company, Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company (UMMC), KGHM Polska Miedz.

We are interested in organizing deliveries of our cylpebs to Mining and Metallurgical Companies.
