On September 13, the meeting of the Сo-chairmen of the Russian-Swedish Steering committee on trade and economic cooperation Denis Manturov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, and Ann Linde, Minister for EU Affairs and Trade of the Kingdom of Sweden, took place in Moscow. This has been the first meeting at the level of Co-chairmen since 2013.
A regular meeting of IT and Telecommunications Working Group took place on October, 12-13 in Stockholm. Representatives of the Russian Ministry of Communications and Mass Media, the Swedish Ministry for Enterprise, Energy and Communications, Russian and Swedish operators and telecom companies as well as Russian Trade Representation in Sweden participated in the meeting.

The 15th Russian-Swedish Steering Committee Meeting on Trade and Economic cooperation will be held in Stockholm on 29-30 March.
The Russian Co-chair of the Steering Committee is Mr. Sergey Ivanov, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation. The Swedish Co-chair is Mrs. Ewa Björling, Minister of Trade of Sweden.
Bilateral cooperation in the fields of energy and energy efficiency, investments, bank and finance, health care, space, IT, forestry, etc is on the agenda of the meeting.
