Business mission of the Russian State Registration Chamber
The Trade Representation of the Russian Federation in Sweden has a pleasure to informyou about the presentation of the Russian State Registration Chamber at the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, which will be held on August 24, 2012 at 10.00 at Lidingö, Ringvägen 1.
The State Registration Chamber is a state institution vested with the state powers, including:
- accreditation of foreign companies’ representative offices operating in
- Russia;
- keeping the Uniform State Register of foreign representative offices accredited within Russia and registration of Russian investments abroad;
- accreditation and inclusion of branches of foreign legal entities into the Uniform State Register of branches (exclusive right of the Chamber);
- personal accreditation of foreign employees of accredited branches and representative offices and their family members in Russia, including visa support services;
- approval of seal and stamps designs;
- registration of foreign legal entities operating in Russia with the tax authorities, etc.
