Ulyanovsk Region Development Corporation, JSC (founded in 2009) is a 100% state owned regional development institute. Its role is to attract investment into the region’s economy, create and develop industrial parks in Ulyanovsk Region and support large investment infrastructure projects.

Ulyanovsk Region Development Corporation operates as a single control centre which optimises the process of bringing investors to the region and offers sites with developed infrastructure ready for conducting business.
The corporation operates as the management company of Zavolzhye industrial zone in Ulyanovsk.
