Vi betraktar publikationer i svenska tidningar (Dagens Industri, 16.04.2012) beträffande försök att utmäta Ryska Ambassadens fastighet, som icke objektiva. Det väsentliga i saken är att frågan berör Svenska statens verkställande av sina åtaganden gällande säkerställandet av utländska diplomatiska beskickningars immunitet i överensstämmelse med folkrättens krav. I sitt brev till Rikskronofogden påängtärade Ambassadören Igor Neverov just detta som huvudomständighet.
