LLC “RUSALOX” is a Russian enterprise which was established in December 2010 when two major state-owned investment funds have joined forces to develop and implement promising HIGH THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY PCB NANOTECHNOLOGY in mass production.
In August 2011 the Company signed long-term contracts with OJSC “Vladimir Production Association “Tochmash” (which is part of the group of companies “Rosatom”) on the lease of production and office space located in Vladimir, as well as the equipment of part of the site for the production of circuit plates. Starting from September the Company started producing and selling circuit plates using the leased equipment.
The attainment of projected capacity is planned to take place by 2015. By this moment the production rate of the company will amount to over 70.000 plates per month (~ 1.100.000 sq.dm). The main project products are plates used for the assembling of electronic devices (72% of profit in 2015), as well as light-emitting-diodes (28% of profit in 2015). These indicators will allow the company to occupy up to 2% of the world market by the indicated period.
Current production line with annual capacity of 1,5 mln. sq. dm.in Vladimir (180 km from Moscow).
3x sales growth in 1Q 2015 vs. 1Q 2014.
First test sales to international LED lighting producers in 4Q 2014.
New ALOXIDE modules with mounted dimmable driver – on the market in mid-2015.
