VALDEK facility is the largest producer of unit-built houses under German technology in Russia.

The facility operation is based on industrial approach to construction of the houses. 90% of construction activities are moved from the site to clean equipped units. High-precision automated line WEINMANN allows producing houses of any complexity within the shortest possi- ble period of time. Beginning in 2009, when the production line was launched, VALDEK has implemented many modern construction en- tities, including cottages of various sizes, apartment buildings, hotels, offices.
