The operation of closed-type irradiators is based on forced air recirculation through the irradiator case.
Ultraviolet radiation with a 253.7 nm wavelength destroys coronaviruses and other viruses (including Influenza), bacteria (staphylococci, enterococci, rods), fungi, mold.
Closed-type irradiators are safe for humans, animals and plants. They do not require mandatory ventilation of the area. Irradiators are used for production areas, gyms, beauty salons and other premises.
Bactericidal lamp this is an electric mercury gas discharge lamp of low pressure with a bulb of uviol glass that provides a predetermined transmission spectrum of ultraviolet radiation with a peak in 253.7nm (UV-C). Lamp does not produce ozone. Only lamps Philips, Osram (Ledvance) are used.
